This commission is charged only after the mission
has been accomplished sucessfully.
The rate is specified in the contract so there can
be no surprises. The contract lasts for three
months, at the end of which time it can be
renewed as necessary.

the Perfect Property

Conducting the search

Burgundy Home & Services operates independently
in conducting its searches of the property market.
We have no links to any estate agent, realtor or
other professional operating in this arena.
Our response time and our network ensure that no
opportunity escapes us.

Our post-visit reports

We write a detailed report (including photographs)
after each house inspection. This states items such
as location, surface area, layout, aspect, degree of
renovation needed (if any) and includes our
objective assessment about the suitability of
the property. If Burgundy Home & Services
visits a property which appears to be perfect
for you, we will make contact immediately and
organise a follow-up visit.

What happens when you find
the house of your dreams

Exchanging / Signing the contract
("le compromis de vente")

After conducting all the necessary negotiating on
your behalf we organise the first legal step
towards buying your house,
signing the "compromis de vente", done in France
under the auspices of a "notaire".

Completing / Closing
("l'acte authentique")

Burgundy Home & Services takes care of everything
associated with this final legal step of purchasing
your property: compilation of all necessary
documents for signature, liaison with the various
organisations, any necessary surveys and
set-up of meetings. In this way we simplify all
the administrative processes related to your
property purchase, which is complete once
you have signed the "acte authentique".
