Who we are ?

Burgundy Home & Services has been founded
by Burgundy native Caroline Gigandet, specialist in
high-quality homes and property in the Burgundy region.
Her professional experience in property, her love of
interior decoration and motivation make her
the ideal person to help new arrivals. Newcomers
benefit from her enthusiasm and her network
of resources when setting-up home in Burgundy
(Beaune, Dijon, Nuits Saint Georges, Ouche Valley,
Auxois region - South Burgundy).
A business-school graduate, Caroline gained
professional experience of the property market
in the United States. On returning to Beaune she
worked with an international clientele before
gaining her interior décor experience.
Through Burgundy Home & Services, Caroline
responds today to the needs of both French
and overseas clients who want to live or invest
in this region of cultural, culinary
and wine-making renown.
