Negotiation fees expressed as a percentage

Land / Business assets / Commercial premises

- Up to €60,000: flat rate of €4,500 incl. tax

- From €60,001 to €100,000: 8% incl. tax

- From €100,001 and above: 7% incl. tax

Other properties

- Up to €25,000: flat rate of €2,000 incl. tax

- From €25,001 to €100,000: 8% incl. tax

- From €101,000 to €200,000: 7% incl. tax

- From €201,000 to €300,000: 6% incl. tax

- From €301,000 and above: 5% incl. tax

Vineyards

- 8% incl. tax
Unless otherwise agreed.

After consultation between both parties — Principal and Agent — an agreement regarding negotiation fees may be established so that the fees are fully adapted to the situation. In such cases, they may not exceed the negotiation fees listed in the above schedule.

The payment of fees is contractual and may be borne by the seller and/or the buyer.
In the case of a delegated mandate, the applicable fees are those of the delegating agent.
