Well what can we say apart from thank you for a fantastic purchase experience. From the outset we knew this was going to be a good one - Caroline is a great communicator and instinctively knows what buyers are looking for in terms of great customer service. She was very responsive with any questions we had (and we had lots) , she was proactive in anticipating issues and dealing with them quickly and effectively and was a delight to work with. Although we have lived in France for many years and speak fluent French, Caroline has impeccable English which is a real plus for Anglophone buyers. Our purchase could have been very difficult as the people we were buying off were tricky, but she smoothed the way and dealt with them professionally and diplomatically meaning we did not have to see the nasty side of the process. For us the best part was the after sales service. She continued to support us after the sale and provided us with a fantastic network of useful tradesmen and contacts. This is priceless and so all we can say is thank you and we will be buying/ selling again with you!
